The conical cylindrical gear reducer is an external gear transmission mechanism in which the input and output shafts are in a vertical state, and the main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gear is made by carburizing, quenching and grinding, with 6 levels of precision. The product has the advantages of high carrying capacity, long life, small size, high efficiency and light weight.
The standard version of the reducer series is JB9002-1999, which is a national replacement product. It can replace the SS type vertical shaft reducer and the old type reducer such as ZQ and ZL. It can also replace the same type of imported gear reducer.
2, purpose and scope
A conical cylindrical gear reducer (hereinafter referred to as a reducer) is used for a transmission device in which the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a vertical direction. Mainly used in belt conveyors and other transportation machinery, but also used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, building materials, light industry, petroleum and other general machinery.
2.2 Scope of application
2.2.1 The maximum speed of the input shaft of the reducer is not more than 1500r/min;
2.2.2 The peripheral speed of the gear is not more than 20m/s;
2.2.3 Working environment temperature is -40~+45°C. When the ambient temperature is below 0 °C, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (additional heat pipe).
3, reducer type and mark
3.1.1DBY type is the secondary drive hardened gear reducer; DCY type is the three-stage drive hardened gear reducer, the first stage drive is Gleason spiral bevel gear, the second and third stage drive is Involute cylindrical helical gear.
3.1.2 The speed reducer can be divided into four assembly types: I, III and IV according to the output shaft. According to the rotation direction of the output shaft, it can be divided into clockwise (S) and counterclockwise (N). (facing the output shaft)
3.2.1 The gear number of the reducer includes the gear unit model, nominal center distance, nominal gear ratio, assembly type and shaft rotation direction.
